Special Olympics offers a lifetime of learning through sport and benefits individuals of all ages and ability levels. Since their formation in 1978 as part of the global Special Olympics Movement, Special Olympics Great Britain has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of people through sport. There are currently 150 Special Olympics clubs in Great Britain, run by over 3,000 volunteers, and involving 8,000 athletes who benefit from their sports programme.
Test Creative were approached in mid-2015 to produce branding and a new website for the Special Olympics GB National Games in Sheffield 2017. Working closely with Glue Creative to oversee the production of the new logo for the 2017 Games, Test Creative will launch the website in February 2016.
