Tranquility Base Hotel And Casino
We regularly work with Kelham Island Brewery on collaboration beers and projects but when the opportunity arose to work on something for the Arctic Monkeys, how could we say no?
The Arctic Monkeys approached the brewery to create a special beer for their upcoming Sheffield gigs as part of their Tranquility Base Hotel And Casino tour and promotion of a photography exhibition of Zackery Michael’s work to be held at the Kelham Island Arts Collective from Monday 17th September. The brief was simple, produce a quality beer for the locals of Kelham Island and Neepsend to drink throughout the week of the band’s Sheffield leg of the tour. Presumably to also be consumed by the Alex and the band at their after-party, usually held at The Fat Cat on Alma Street.
We were tasked, with a very short turnaround, to create a pump-clip design that could be used to showcase and promote the beer in the local area. The result, TRANQUILITY – a 4.2% Limited Edition blonde Craft Ale. This beer is available from today (Tuesday 18th September) and can be found throughout the local pubs and bars, until it runs out! Profits from the beer will go directly to The Archer Project. Please show your support and get drinking!
