When it came to the new website development, our focus was on increasing user engagement. To achieve this, we optimized key sections of the existing site, such as The HUMEN Space page, with the addition of an interactive map feature to display space locations. The menu and main donation calls were reconfigured to better serve mobile users, creating a more suitable platform for future content development and marketing campaigns. The result was a significant improvement in website performance, with a 150% increase in site traffic, improved on-site engagement and conversions, and a noticeable improvement in website performance on a monthly basis. In 2023, we look forward to continuing to support HUMEN with more campaign pages and ongoing monitoring to ensure their website remains a top-performing platform.
