In our initial discussions with the IPM, it became evident that they sought assistance in crafting a fresh brand vision, developing a new website, and implementing a content management system. They also expressed the need for extra support in marketing and graphic design, especially in light of the upcoming introduction of a new MD. Our task was to redesign and enhance the user experience for their primary marketing medium: their website.
Previously, the organization leaned heavily on an outdated CRM system. Leveraging a forward-thinking strategy, we successfully transitioned the IPM to a more advanced and sustainable platform using WordPress. This transition catered to the IPM's desire for editorial control and provided a robust multi-level user system.
